We’ve got cool accents.

What began as a friendship on a soccer field thousands of miles from home, soon became a blossoming partnership in the Nevada desert. Young and ambitious, we offered our services to a few individuals looking to build brands online. Real results followed.

A few happy clients grew into a network of companies and budding entrepreneurs who wanted to work with us... and so our team expanded. We've been so lucky to be able to add top quality individuals to our roster, and our commitment to over-deliver has never wavered.

ROSS GEORGE

The big boss, co-founder

Born and raised in Manchester, England, Ross moved to Las Vegas in 2012 to pursue his dream of marrying a Hooters girl. His enthusiasm for high-quality marketing is ingrained in the DNA of the company. Built around the philosophy of 'above and beyond’, Ross is committed to ensuring our clients are always smiling. A proud husband, dad and daddy, Ross leads with heart and integrity. He is often considered to be the face of the company, but none of it is possible without the brilliant people around him.

Bryn Schofield

Sassy Pants, Co-Founder

If we were a boy-band, Bryn would probably be our ‘bad-boy’. Born in Auckland, New Zealand and Tatted from neck-to-toe, his edgy exterior hides a gentleman with a soft and cuddly center. With over 10 years in digital marketing, Bryn provides an experienced approach to the entire marketing mix. Continually innovating in design, Bryn receives plaudits for his work by recreating brands with a fresh twist. He’s the brother we always wanted and we think you’ll love him too.

Jem Camble

Really good graphic designer,
probably the best accent

Jem moved to Las Vegas to star in the Cirque Du Soleil product of MJ One. A career-ending injury ended his run on the Strip as an elite gymnast. Cirque’s loss was our gain as Jem became a partner at Vision 99. Bringing all of the creativity and talent expected of a world-class performer, Jem leads our design efforts and now receives adulation in a different space - from our clients. Humble, personable and funny (think James Bond crossed with Hugh Grant), he’s a lad everyone wants in their team. We’re lucky to have him in ours.

Hannah Dondero

Weird, Wonderful and Full of Red Bull

When she’s not watching 80s horror movies, Hannah is bringing exuberance and flair to the Vision 99 team. A talented all-rounder, she is inspired by Ziggy Stardust and Japanese culture. The result is often quirky with a side of creative genius - and always exceeds expectations. More importantly though, Hannah just elevates our ‘cool factor’ by several points.

Wes Moore

Internet troll, Swiss army knife

Affectionately known as ‘Rain Man’, Wes is our genius behind the scenes. What he lacks in social grace, he makes up in raw intelligence. A master of social media and affiliate marketing, he was once honored as a Top 10 Distributor for a major nutrition company. With an online toolbox as deep as the ocean, Wes creates magic for our clients every day. Expert level in just about every single program, well-rounded is an understatement. Bottom line, Wes makes the impossible, possible.

Dante Sandqvist

Like a swedish Patrick Bateman

He’s got a fashion sense best described as “timeless” and curtains that would make a 90’s boyband-fan blush. Dante’s design style is as vibrant as his personality and he’s responsible for some of our most impressive portfolio pieces. His thirst for adventure and travel adds a level of depth to his creativity, and this combined with his marketing intuition makes Dante an integral part of the team.

He’s at his happiest when he’s halfway up a rock face, but other times you can find him in our studio behind the camera, capturing magic. He’ll take your video and photography projects right the way through from inception to finished product, with a keen eye for detail and creativity. Plus he’s probably got the coolest car out of all of us, but don’t tell the others.
